Built around the athlete.

Led by Bernie Lee, Thread brings more than two decades of basketball representation experience to a personal, hands-on practice. Since beginning his career in 2005, Bernie has negotiated over $1 billion in contracts.

Our work connects contract negotiation and career decisions with the ambitions that matter beyond the game. Every relationship begins with understanding the athlete, the people around them and the life they want to build.
